Rheumatology is constantly evolving and BSR is committed to help you keep up-to-date, drive innovation and deliver outstanding patient care.
We're passionate about excellence in rheumatology care. We support our members to improve care by keeping you up to date on the latest science and evidence-based practice (clinical guidelines, journals), how to put policy into practice (service guidance), support you to measure the quality of your service (clinical audit), and put quality improvement into practice (Quality Review Scheme, JIA Learn).
Our patient registers data and research function increases knowledge about new and existing treatments, providing data on patient safety and drug efficacy, whilst our research funding supports advances in the science and practice of rheumatology. We celebrate achievements in rheumatology through our bi-annual Best Practice Awards and publicise these advances so that ideas and inspiration can spread across the community.
